Who owes whom?

This is a major release but only from a technical point of view. The major change is the refactoring of the datastore. This version is not compatible with the previous one. What changes from a user point of view is: improved the clarity of the "new list of expenses" form ; the "my group" concept has disappeared ; debts induced by a list of expenses can be marked as paid directly from the statistics panel of the list.
