Preparing version 3

Who Owes Whom was first released in 2008 and hasn't changed much since 2011. To my surprise, this tool is still used by many people.
I now have the motivation to begin a new version that will fix 2 main issues:

make the site mobile friendly
make it simple, delete features nobody uses like the concept of debts you can simplify manually.

Version 3 release for roommates

Release β.0.4: bug fix + technical upgrade

B: when user opens sheet without admin permissions, only user's expenses should be showed at first Upgrade to Python 2.7 using Google Appengine High Replication Datastore

Release β.6.0: datastore refactoring

Major technical update that changed datastore structure (debts can be parent of account rather than group).
